2023 Skigh Carrie Anne GSM

A$64.00

Co harvested and fermented Grenache/Shiraz/Mourvedre, this wine has a stunning vibrancy, mid pallate weight and intense aromatics. A cool and late ripening season across the region gifted us an intense and integrated flavour/tannin profile with white pepper and cherry fruit flavours.

Fermented with indigenously occurring yeast over a lengthy 5 week period this wine benefited from an additional fortnight post ferment cold soak. MLF was completed on skin and the resultant wine was pressed to a mixture of new (20%) and second use French oak for 18 months maturation.
