2021 Skigh 'Amai' Fortified Grenache

We have made this fortified in the Douro Valley style using Grenache from the Great Southern. The wine was spontaneously open fermented, hand plunged twice a day then basket pressed to barrel before fortification off skins.

For fortification we have used grape spirit derived from our own estate grown Sauv Blanc.
